Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor for our group home in Holly Springs, NC. The role involves supervising two or more Direct Support Employees, coordinating schedules, and ensuring people supported have a safe, clean home environment and access to necessary services.

Responsibilities include interviewing and training staff, conducting performance reviews, and providing after-hours coverage as part of the care rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D is required.
• An Associate Degree in a health-related field is preferred.
• Two years of experience in a health-related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise two or more employees.
• Interview and train employees; plan, assign and direct work.
• Review performance, reward, motivate and promote team members.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
• Ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained home environment for those served.
