Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Direct Support Supervisor in Statesville, NC. The role involves direct supervision of two or more employees in residential settings, coordinating staff, and ensuring quality supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will participate in hiring, training, performance reviews, and on-call rotations, while upholding organizational policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in a health-related area or two years’ experience in a health-related field preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar setting.
• Background check and drug screen required; valid driver’s license needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise two or more employees; interview, hire recommendations, and train staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure staff meet training requirements and participate in required events.
• Provide after-hours/on-call coverage as part of rotation.
• Support individuals in residential homes and assist with achieving personal goals.
