Job summary

Lirio seeks a Day Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential and community programs for individuals with IDD under Indiana Medicaid Waiver. You will ensure ISP/BSP/HSP adherence and coordinate with staff and families to sustain high-quality services.

The role emphasizes supervision of Direct Support Professionals, effective scheduling, on-call coverage, and strict documentation to support compliance and right-based, person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience serving individuals with IDD.
• Knowledge of Indiana Medicaid Waiver services and related regulations.
• Experience with EHR and waiver billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day support aligned with ISPs, BSPs, and HSPs.
• Supervise DSP staff and coordinate scheduling and coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Coach and provide performance feedback to DSPs.
• Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and billing readiness.
• Communicate with families, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage on-call rotation and respond to after-hours issues.
• Support person-centered practices and continuity of care.
