Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services to lead day-to-day operations of 1–4 community programs. You will organize direct supports, person-centered planning, health care, advocacy, regulatory compliance, and staff management in a mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities include hiring decisions, program planning implementation, staff supervision, and ensuring services remain engaging and compliant. On-call coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of related experience in Human Services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• State requirements or regulations may apply.
• Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance.
• Attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 1–4 programs with direct supports and planning.
• Supervise program staff, including performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Make hiring, transfer, promotion and action decisions.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure engaging supports.
• Be on-call to support staff and arrange coverage as needed.
