Job summary

Lirio Resources in Indiana seeks a Site Supervisor to lead DSP teams, oversee daily support for individuals served, and ensure high-quality, rights-based services.

You will coordinate staff schedules, monitor waiver compliance, support onboarding, and review documentation for accuracy. Strong communication and crisis-management skills are essential to maintain seamless operations and person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Indiana Medicaid Waiver services, ISPs, BSPs, HSPs, and BDS/FSSA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for DSPs regarding scheduling, call-offs, shift coverage, and immediate program concerns.
• Coordinate and maintain staff schedules to ensure compliance with Indiana Waiver staffing requirements and continuity of services, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Respond to staffing emergencies and assist with or provide shift coverage to prevent service disruption, including on-call support.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to DSPs related to service delivery, documentation, and professional conduct.
• Support onboarding, orientation follow-up, and required training in line with agency and BDS standards.
• Oversee day-to-day support and supervision to ensure services align with ISPs, BSPs, HSPs, and person-centered outcomes.
• Ensure implementation of positive behavior supports and respect for individual rights, dignity and choice.
• Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and coverage plans per policy and waiver service authorization.
• Review documentation for compliance and billing; ensure EVV and program records are accurate.
• Communicate program needs, incidents, and trends to the Program Manager; participate in meetings and quality improvement.
