Job summary

Living Innovations is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee community support programs for adults with IDD. You will lead DSP teams, ensure safe, engaging community activities, and implement individualized support plans with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The role requires 1+ year supervising in healthcare/IDD settings, a high school diploma or GED, and may prefer a Bachelor's degree. On-site Lewiston, ME with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of experience supervising in healthcare or IDD settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor DSPs to support professional growth.
• Oversee community support operations for active client engagement.
• Develop ISPs with families and teams.
• Conduct field visits to monitor service delivery.
• Maintain compliant program documentation.
• Schedule DSPs and run team meetings.
• Advocate for clients and connect with local resources.
