Job summary

Living Innovations is seeking a dedicated DSP Team Lead in Belfast, ME to mentor a team of direct support professionals and provide oversight for service plans.

You will split your time between direct care and guiding staff growth, while helping individuals with IDD build local connections and meaningful activities. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, and daily pay.

Responsibilities

• Staff Mentorship & Support: act as a hands-on coach for DSPs and provide training and encouragement.
• Community Integration: help individuals build local relationships and participate in activities.
• Meaningful Activity Planning: design person-centered activities to achieve personal goals.
• Quality Oversight: ensure health, safety, and well-being and oversee service plans.
• Collaborative Leadership: bridge families, caregivers, and the DSP team.
