Job summary

Community Services Group is hiring a Full-Time Program Supervisor to manage daily operations of one or more community homes for adults with IDD. You will supervise direct support staff, arrange schedules and activities, and ensure safety and compliance with policies.

Training and mentorship are provided to support growth. The role emphasizes autonomy, open communication, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in programs for persons with IDD.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of direct support staff and duties.
• Participate in on-call system.
• Ensure health, safety, and welfare of individuals in the program.
• Coordinate shifts, activities and routines to promote community participation.
• Arrange transportation for individuals as needed.
• Maintain records for inventory and funds.
• Adhere to program budget for supplies and meals.
• Perform duties of direct care staff as required.

Summary: At CSG, as a Full-Time (40 hrs./wk.) Program Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operation of one or more community home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will also be responsible for the delegation of work, assignment of duties, completion of tasks of direct support staff and for supporting the principles and values of self-determination, in accordance with Community Services Group policies and applicable regulations. As a Program Supervisor, you will support your team by fostering open communication, setting clear expectations, and providing necessary resources, training, and regular feedback. Effective support involves trusting employees with autonomy, recognizing achievements, and actively promoting work-life balance. Our IDD Community Home Services offer support, including for complex medical needs, allowing residents to live in the community. Staff provide individualized support and supervision so each person can safely grow their life and pursue goals from home. We collaborate with residents, families, and other providers to identify meaningful goals and support their achievement. CSG's IDD Services offers a 2-week paid, in-person orientation in Mountville, with mileage reimbursement. This training prepares you for success and launches your CSG career. CSG supports career growth through skill development, advancement opportunities, and mentorship, allowing team members to define their path to success.

Wage Information

• Base Rate $20.00/hr.
• $1/hr. shift differential for awake overnight & weekend hours at all locations.
• $3/hr. shift differential at some locations for all hours worked due to support needs.

Job Description

• Serves as the direct supervisor of the direct support staff and assists in interviewing, hiring, orienting and training.
• Participates in the company's on-call system (Community Homes and Community-Based Program Supervisors only).
• Ensures the health, safety and welfare of the individuals within the program.
• Coordinates and ensures the development of shifts, activities and routines and actively promotes opportunities for individuals to participate in community integrated activities.
• Transports and/or coordinates transportation for individuals in personal or company vehicles for meetings, appointments or community activities.
• Serves as an active member of the service team in the coordination of services and communicates relevant information to families and other professionals as necessary.
• Oversees and maintains records pertaining to inventory, both for company owned property and possessions belonging to individuals.
• Accounts for all individual funds and petty cash funds; maintains an adequate supply of funds for the individuals and the home.
• Adheres to the program budget for food, household and operating supplies.
• Knowledge of and ability to adhere to a professional code of ethics.
• Performs job responsibilities of direct care staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in programs for persons with IDD, high school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable vehicle, and ability to work flexible hours required.
