Cambia Health in Boise, ID seeks a Director of New Sales and Account Management to drive Idaho growth across new sales, retention, and market development. You will shape multi-year strategy and lead cross-functional teams to win complex national and self-funded business.

You will build partnerships with brokers, consultants and internal leaders, develop talent, and create a culture aligning strategy with execution for profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field plus 8+ years of sales or account management experience.
• 2nd item must-have: MBA preferred; strong growth strategy experience in healthcare or related regulated industry.
• Experience leading sales or customer-facing teams (5+ years).
• Ability to translate market insight into multi-year growth strategy and execution.

Responsabilités

• Owns and advances an Idaho growth strategy for new sales, account management, retention, distribution, and market development.
• Translates strategy into annual business plans, investment priorities, and measurable goals; advises senior leaders on opportunities and risks.
• Builds a forward-looking market view from customer needs, competitive dynamics, and broker/consultant insight to shape positioning.
• Sets pursuit and retention strategy for complex national, multi-state ASO opportunities and improves win probability and value.
• Influences cross-functional partners to turn strategy into differentiated solutions and a strong customer experience.
