Responsibilities

• Support new admissions goals; team performance and growth.
• Manage and lead a team of Outreach Directors and Managers in a region.
• Measure and own KPIs; monthly reporting to leadership.
• Develop GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources.
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs.
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver GTM goals.
