Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. is seeking a Verifying Official ID Card Operator (Part-Time/On-Call) to manage ID/CAC issuance, DEERS/RAPIDS maintenance, and eligibility verification for military personnel and dependents. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work with sensitive information.

You will be responsible for processing authorization documents, briefing customers on policies, and producing weekly activity reports while maintaining security standards and accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to pass a favorable criminal background check and security investigation.
• Must complete RAPIDS certification within seven business days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Control and issue identification tags and CACs for eligible recipients.
• Screen individuals for purpose of visit and brief on policies.
• Maintain DEERS and RAPIDS databases and process entitlements.
• Prepare reports and conduct routine maintenance on office equipment.
• Produce memos and manage documentation in proper format per regulations.
