Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital is seeking a Supplemental ICU Registered Nurse to support the ICU team. The RN will participate in Code response, provide patient care, and float to other departments as needed to ensure safe, high-quality care across the hospital.

The ideal candidate holds WA nursing licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and trauma/stroke education updates, with BSN coursework close to completion if not yet finished. This part-time role offers competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Maintain nursing licensure in the State of Washington.
• BLs, ACLS, and PALS certifications completed within 3 months of hire.
• Four hours of Trauma education every 3 years to meet Level 4 Trauma requirements.
• Eight hours of Stroke education annually for Acute Stroke Ready designation.
• Completion of a BSN program within one year of hire.
• NIHSS certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the ICU with safe, evidence-based nursing practice.
• Support code response and critical situations hospital-wide; float as needed.
• Maintain high reliability and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
