Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital in Washington is seeking an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for a part-time day shift (7am–7:30pm, 2 days/week) to provide expert nursing care in the ICU.

You will implement and coordinate patient care, collaborate with the care team, and respond to codes and emergencies while supporting unit operations and maintaining safety and quality standards in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Maintain nursing licensure in Washington.
• Minimum 1 year inpatient RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within 3 months.
• Trauma education 4 hours every 3 years (TNCC acceptable).
• Stroke education 8 hours annually.
• BSN within 1 year of hire.
• NIHSS certification within 6 months.
• CCRN or PCCN advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care focused on safe, effective patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with the care team and physicians.
• Respond to code responses and critical situations hospital-wide.
• Cross-train and float to other departments as needed.
