Qualifications

• Maintain nursing licensure in Washington state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications completed within 3 months of hire.
• TNCC trauma education; stroke education 8 hours annually.
• Completion of a BSN within one year of hire.
• NIHSS certification within six months of hire.
• Demonstrates ability to perform clinical nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
• Gather information to formulate individualized care plans based on assessment.
• Make decisions using nursing judgment and evidence-based practices.
