Job summary

Pullman Regional Hospital in Washington state is seeking an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role is part-time, day shift (7am–7:30pm) two days per week.

Qualifications

• Maintain nursing licensure in Washington.
• At least 1 year inpatient RN experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 3 months of hire.
• Four hours of Trauma education every 3 years (TNCC acceptable).
• Eight hours of Stroke education annually.
• Completion of a BSN within 1 year of hire.
• NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform required RN skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize professional delivery of nursing care for safe, effective patient care.
• Gather information to formulate a patient care plan based on nursing assessment.
• Communicate and collaborate to promote therapeutic relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Maintain a professional attitude; promote teamwork and equitable workload distribution.
• Support critical care operations and participate in Code response; float as needed.
