MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, IA, is hiring an RN for a full-time, rotating 36-hour/week schedule. The role includes day and night rotations, every other holiday, and every third weekend. This position emphasizes patient care with a multidisciplinary team and adherence to nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Iowa.
• New grads welcomed.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and document patient needs with the multidisciplinary team.
• Develop and update the plan of care, including discharge planning.
• Guide patient care activities and supervise licensed staff.
• Provide and coordinate patient teaching and education.
• Communicate patient changes to the team and document care.
