MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, IA is seeking a dedicated RN to join our multidisciplinary team delivering patient-centered care.

You will work a rotating 12-hour schedule, collaborating with physicians and staff to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.

New grads are welcome; BSN preferred and CCRN certification valued. The facility offers relocation incentives up to $8,000, Day 1 benefits, and competitive wages.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and plans patient care using the nursing process with the multidisciplinary team.
• Delivers and evaluates care, guiding patient care activities for the population.
• Communicates patient changes to colleagues and care teams; participates in meetings and education.
• Provides direction to licensed practical nurses and nurse assistants; supports staffing needs as needed.
