Advocate Health in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 12-bed ICU. The unit provides high-acuity care with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Ideal candidates have ICU or stepdown experience and are outgoing, confident, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the practicing state.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS and NIHSS are recommended within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create a safe environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and effective communication.
