Advocate Health's Mount Pleasant ICU is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a 12-bed unit providing high-acuity care with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. You will deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

Ideal candidates have ICU or stepdown experience, strong teamwork, and a commitment to professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and NIHSS recommended within 6 months of hire

Aufgaben

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making to ensure the safest patient environment and optimal patient experience across the continuum.
