Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, seeks a full-time Night Shift ICU Registered Nurse (7pm–7am) to join a Magnet-designated hospital known for nursing excellence. The RN will assess and plan care for patients, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure documentation accuracy.

A sign-on bonus is offered for qualifying full-time RNs. Graduate of an accredited nursing school with Texas RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas RN licensure with BLS; ACLS within six months and renewal thereafter.
• Minimum one year RN experience on a medical/surgical unit; ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care per Standards of Nursing Practice and Peterson Health mission.
• Assess and reassess patients, plan and document care including psychosocial needs.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to unit staff to carry out the Plan of Care.
• Maintain patient records and ensure continuity of care during night shift.
