Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, seeks a full-time Night Shift ICU Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced unit. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for critically ill patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet spiritual, emotional, and physiological needs.

The role requires a Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS within six months, and at least one year of ICU or medical/surgical experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Texas RN license with active license.
BLS and ACLS required within six months of employment, renewal as needed.
One year of RN experience in a medical/surgical or ICU setting.

Responsibilities

Assess and reassess each patient and plan care including spiritual, emotional, physiological and psychosocial needs.
Document plans of care and ensure they are carried out through performance or delegation.
Provide high-quality nursing care in alignment with standards and Peterson Health Mission, Vision and Values.
