Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, is seeking a full-time Night Shift ICU Registered Nurse (7pm–7am). Join a Magnet-designated, top rural hospital offering a sign-on bonus for qualifying RNs and a strong culture of compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience and ICU preferred. BSN is preferred; on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Texas Licensure as a Registered Nurse, BLS, ACLS (must complete within six months of employment and renew within two months of the recommended date).
• One year of experience as an RN on a medical/surgical unit; ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for ICU patients following Standards of Nursing Practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; document plans and outcomes.
• Demonstrate alignment with the patient-centered mission and values; delegate appropriately to unit staff.
