Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, is seeking a full-time Night Shift ICU RN for 7pm–7am. The RN will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, document outcomes, and support Magnet-designated standards.

Qualifications include Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and a BSN is preferred; prior ICU experience is desirable. A sign-on bonus is offered for qualified full-time RNs, with comprehensive benefits available.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Texas RN license, BLS; ACLS within 6 months of employment and renewal within 2 months of renewal date.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and reassess patient needs and plan the care.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and ensure proper delegation.
• Document the Plan of Care and patient outcomes in the medical record.
• Maintain alignment with standards of nursing practice and Peterson Health values.
