Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas is seeking a dedicated RN for 7pm–7am night shift in our ICU. This full-time role calls for bedside assessment, care planning, and coordination with the care team to meet patient needs in a Magnet-designated facility.

The RN must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, be licensed in Texas with current BLS, and obtain ACLS within six months of employment. Preference given to candidates with a BSN and ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Texas RN license; current BLS; ACLS required within six months and renewed within two months of renewal date.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Develop and document Plan of Care and monitor patient responses.
• Delegate tasks to unit personnel as appropriate to ensure quality care.
