Job summary

Peterson Health in Kerrville, Texas, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift (7 PM–7 AM) on a full-time basis. The RN will assess and reassess patient needs, plan care, and document outcomes, ensuring the Plan of Care is carried out via performance or delegation to unit staff.

A Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required with Texas RN licensure and BLS; ACLS within six months is needed. CCRN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Texas RN license, BLS, ACLS required (ACLS must be completed within six months).
• CCRN (preferred).
• 1 year RN experience on a medical/surgical unit (required).
• ICU RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess each patient and plan the care that includes spiritual, emotional, physiological and psychosocial needs.
• Document the Plan of Care and ensure it is carried out through performance or delegation to unit personnel.
