Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley in Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high‑quality patient care within a mission‑driven team. You will assess, plan, and implement the nursing process, ensuring safety and adherence to standards and the State Nurse Practice Act.

The role emphasizes collaboration with healthcare professionals, patient/family education, and a focus on relationship‑based care in a Level III Trauma center environment with a strong commitment to quality

Competenze

Associates Degree in Nursing and RN license.
Physical requirements: Medium Work; lift up to 50 lbs.
RN license in state of employment.

Mansioni

Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
Develop and implement patient plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, and specimens.
Maintain patient charts and records; document status, interventions and outcomes; use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect patient health, safety, and rights.
Provide patient/family education through assessment of learning readiness and effectiveness of teaching.
