The role emphasizes documentation, education, and teamwork in a fast‑paced ICU environment. Active NJ RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months are required; BSN is preferred; ICU or med‑surgical/ telemetry experience and EPIC EMR proficiency are

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• I.V. certification or must complete within 90 days of hire.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required; ACLS on hire or within 6 months.
• BSN strongly preferred; ICU/med-surgical or telemetry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Safe, evidence-based medications, treatments and hands-on care.
• Partner with physicians and advanced providers for coordinated care decisions.
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families.
• Document accurately in the EMR to promote continuity and safety.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and team communication.
