Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience, Post ICU preferred.
• ASN or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and EMR experience (EPIC).
• Active New Jersey RN license and BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and intervene early.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care with clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for timely care decisions.
• Document accurately in EMR and participate in rounds.
