Job summary

ScionHealth's Kindred Hospital Riverside is a 40-bed long-term acute care facility providing extended recovery care with 24/7 clinical support. The RN will oversee nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure accurate documentation and patient education for critically ill patients.

The role requires ACLS/BCLS, California RN licensure, and strong communication skills. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care to critically ill patients using the nursing process.
• Supervise nursing care provided by other caregivers.
• Develop and coordinate nursing care plans with patients, families and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Adhere to policies and safety procedures.
