Job summary

Kindred Hospital Riverside is seeking a Registered Nurse for its 40-bed ICU/PCU units. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, care coordination, documentation in the EMR, and adherence to ACLS and hospital policies. Applicants must hold an RN license, BCLS and ACLS certifications, and have CCU or critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing (State of California preferred).
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of Critical Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process for critically ill patients.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients with the care team.
• Develop and update nursing care plans in collaboration with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient assessments, plans, and interventions in the EMR.
• Support discharge planning and patient education per policy.
