ScionHealth's Kindred Hospital Riverside in Perris, CA is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for critical care. You will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to critically ill patients, coordinate with physicians and families, and participate in discharge planning.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited RN program, California RN license, BCLS and ACLS, and at least one year in critical care. The hospital offers a comprehensive benefits package and pay range shown in the job posting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains standard nursing care and implements hospital policies.
• Assesses admission and develops the nursing care plan in coordination with family and team.
• Documents assessment, care plans and related information in the EMR.
• Administers medications using the seven rights and within ICU policies.
• Recognizes and responds to changes in patient conditions and initiates emergency action.
• Participates in discharge planning and education of patients and families.
