Qualificações

• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on patient age and condition.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Organize tasks, develop action plans, set priorities, and work under pressure.
• Maintain good working relationships with co-workers.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Regular attendance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the standard of nursing care and follow hospital policies.
• Assess the patient on admission and refer to rehabilitation or nutrition services as needed.
• Develop and update a nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications safely following ICU policies and seven rights.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and institute emergency actions.
• Document admissions, reassessments, and care plans in the EMR.
