Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• RN license in state or compact state required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required.
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience.
• Excellent English communication and patient advocate skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality patient care to critically ill patients using the nursing process.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and discharge planning.
• Administer medications following the seven rights and ICU policies.
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Document assessments and care plans in the EMR.
