Job summary

Banner Health seeks an ICU Float Nurse on the Resource Team to cover Trauma Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Neurological ICU, and Medical-Surgical ICU at Banner University Medical Center. You may participate in the Nursing Clinical Ladder Incentive Program and enjoy a 18% night differential plus a $3/hour weekend differential and a $3/hour float incentive on top of base pay.

Schedule is full-time, day shift (3x12-hour shifts 7:00am-7:30pm) with holiday and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Experience in clinical nursing settings preferred; acute care background desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement, and document nursing care.
• Formulate and revise care plans with input from patient/family and health team.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise other licensed staff.
• Evaluate patient progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Document care accurately in patient records.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred

Professional certification preferred
