Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines across CVICU, SICU and MICU. You will float between units, caring for critically ill patients and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has critical care experience, is adaptable, and adheres to ANA and Ohio Nurse Practice Act standards. The role may include additional support across hospital areas as needed.

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio RN license to practice.
  • Nursing education allows BSN within 5 years for hires after 2010.
  • MSN/DNP not required but preferred for advanced roles when applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Float between CVICU, SICU and MICU to support ICU service lines.
  • Provide evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in handoffs and rounds.
