Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit in Nashville, TN. This full-time night shift role (36 hours/week) focuses on planning, organizing, and delivering exceptional patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include coordinating the plan of care, assessing patient status, and applying nursing processes to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active TN RN license required. BLS certification preferred.
• Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in establishing the plan of care and coordinate care delivery.
• Analyze patient information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions.
• Promote health and a safe environment for patients.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
