The incumbent provides bedside care, participates in rounds, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Tennessee.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Experience in ICU/critical care preferred.
• Night shift availability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to plan and coordinate patient care.
• Assess patients and determine nursing diagnoses.
• Use nursing process to evaluate progress and interventions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
