Job summary

Vanderbilt Health's Clarksville ICU is seeking an experienced RN for full-time night shifts (36 hours/week, 6:45p-6:45a). The team provides advanced critical care for cardiovascular, ARDS, sepsis, and multi-system conditions with a 2:1 patient ratio.

Comprehensive orientation is offered, and a $10/hour night differential applies for night shifts. The role requires active RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and familiarity with invasive and noninvasive monitoring, ventilators, and critical care protocols.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in critical care nursing preferred but not required.
• Orientation for new grads or nurses with at least one year of experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, ECG interpretation certifications mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan and deliver patient care across the continuum.
• Analyze patient data to determine nursing diagnoses and interventions.
• Conduct rounds and communicate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Promote patient safety and a healing environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
