Qualifications

• Nursing Patient Assessment & Evaluation (Novice): demonstrates ability to assess and evaluate patients.
• Nursing Patient Education (Novice): provides patient education in practical settings.
• Care Planning (Novice): plans priorities and schedules tasks for patient care.
• Evidence-Based Practice (Novice): searches for evidence to answer clinical questions under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates delivery.
• Analyzes information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Evaluates progress and applies interventions to reach goals.
• Promotes health and a safe environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
