Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV is seeking a part-time ICU Registered Nurse (24 hours per week) to deliver safe, compassionate care in a high-acuity environment. This role provides professional leadership and supports the care team in alignment with our Patient Centered Care philosophy.

Qualifications include an active Nevada nursing license, at least one year of critical care nursing experience, current BLS, and ACLS (or ability to obtain within six months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for ICU patients per facility policies and philosophy.

• Perform thorough rounds and coordinate interdisciplinary plans of care.
• Educate patients and families about care processes and hospital policies.
