Qualificações

• Active Nevada RN license.
• At least 1 year of critical care nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification or plan to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill.
• Coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care including goals, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Completes hourly rounds to strengthen nurse communication, safety, and patient needs.
• Educates patient and family about hospital components of Patient Centered Care and policies.
