Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV, is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for a per diem role. You will provide safe, competent nursing care for critical care patients in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.

This position requires current Nevada nursing license, BLS and ACLS, with at least two years in critical care. You will lead bedside care, participate in rounds, and support open family visitation and patient-centered care.

Qualificações

• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS (or obtained within six months of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Constructs and implements the plan of care for ICU patients.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary plan of care and discharge planning.
• Completes hourly rounds to strengthen nurse communication and safety.
• Supports patient-centered care and family involvement.
