Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician for a permanent night shift in Minneapolis, MN. This role is 0.9 FTE with a 8/12-hour combo and every 3rd weekend rotation, supporting the Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit.

• Must meet one of the listed minimum age/education/experience requirements.
• Includes CNA program completion, nursing assistant academy, or NREMT if hired.
• Direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe, collect and document health data as assigned.
• Take measurements: temperature, pulse, BP, respirations, weights, intake/output.
• Report changes to the RN promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Document according to guidelines.
