Responsibilities

• Assist nursing/ancillary staff with patient transfers, meal trays, and feeding as directed.
• Organize workload and maintain an orderly, clutter-free unit; answer phones promptly and relay messages.
• Educate and train new staff members in Care Team Associate responsibilities.
• Perform duties in routine and emergent situations as delegated by nursing staff and management.
• Take patient measurements and collect basic vitals; document data accurately in bed-management system.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and ensure patient needs are met with courtesy.
