You will support patient transfers, meal delivery, and feeding, while training new staff and ensuring efficient, compassionate patient care.

The role emphasizes organizing workload, prompt response to patient needs, and maintaining a patient-centered environment within a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of Fundamentals of Nursing course within 90 days; or CNA or CNA exam registration; or PCT certification.
• Direct patient care experience in the past three years as a nursing assistant, EMT, or surgical technician.
• Completion within the last three years, or will complete within 180 days, a UAP training program and clinical log.

Aufgaben

• Assist nursing/ancillary staff in transferring patients, meal trays, and feeding assistance.
• Organize workload and manage multiple tasks while maintaining an orderly environment.
• Educate and train new staff members in the Care Team Associate role.
• Perform duties as delegated by nursing staff and unit management.
• Obtain vitals, perform basic checks, and handle lab specimens as requested.
