Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient unit operations
• Lead and mentor staff; participate in staffing and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards
• Promote the organization’s mission, vision and values in daily practice
• Support inventory control and supply management
• Adhere to safety policies and report unsafe conditions
• Complete other duties as assigned
