Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma/ADN/BSN).
• Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience preferred.
• Current Texas RN license or compact license; must obtain Texas license within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during the shift.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate nursing care.
• Lead in a manner that supports organizational vision and patient outcomes.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management per patient needs and productivity guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
