Medical City Dallas is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care during the shift. You will direct nursing care, serve as a resource for staff, and align with policies to boost outcomes and patient experience.

You will collaborate with the management team, support staff development, and drive through patient throughput initiatives while maintaining staffing and inventory control.

Qualificações

• RN
• ICU experience
• Bachelor's Degree required
• ACLS within 30 days of start date
• BLS within 30 days of start date

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge to ensure throughput and high-quality care.
• Monitors and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborates with experts and managers to support teamwork and better outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Schedules staff and manages labor in line with productivity guidelines.
• Oversees inventory control and equipment supplies.
