Qualifications

• ACLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Minimum of one year as staff RN in acute care hospital; critical care preferred.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in the ICU.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of nursing personnel.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians including hemodynamics and test results.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
