Advocate Aurora Health’s ICU at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to deliver care in an acuity-based unit. This 12-bed ICU offers three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00pm–7:30am) with a focus on safety and high-quality patient care.

Requirements: accredited nursing program completion, active RN license in the state, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire. Night differential of $5/hour applies; weekend rotation with variable days off.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the AHA.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience on the ICU unit.
